Puts the pi in pizza
Genuinely friendly staff, top-notch food and a casual atmosphere make this a must-visit for your night out about Sunset. If you order pizza, you're in for a treat. Grab a beer, sit back and people-watch to your heart's content while enjoying one of the best pies in the area. This is the perfect stop on your way to a show or a bar and just as accessable on your way back. You definitely won't be disappointed!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried out Panini on Saturday night before heading to a show at the Roxy and let me tell you - this is not your average pizza parlor! As a Chicago native I have an extreme fondness for pizza and Panini is probably the best pizza i've had in LA. We had a large pizza with green peppers, onions and sausage and the ingredients were the freshest I have ever tasted on a pizza! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and they were so fast! I live all the way in Silverlake but will now start making a regular trip to the Sunset Strip just for Panini's Pizza!
One of the best pizzas I've ever had !!
I recently found this little place over the Internet. The place is very simple but the food is awesome !! Specially their New York style pizzas. I have compared panini's pizza with the other pizza places in the neighborhood and panini's is the best and one of the best pizzas Ive ever had. The crust is awesome.
Great pizza, greater sandwichse.
A cozy little pizza parlor with average seating area with tables highlighted by a fairly alrge plasma screen. The food is great with the quality of pizza's above the average 'chain' pizza. The sandwiches are great, specifically, their Eggplant Sandwich is a wonderful treat for veggie lovers and people looking to try something different.
Best Pizza & More!
I noticed Panini Pizza when I went to the Viper Room. It is right across the street and was the only place open at 12am. It was my first time eating there but for sure not the last time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and my Girl friend ordered the pesto chicken sandwich. I must admit that the pizza was the best pizza I had ever had in L.A. I am not sure what Panini’s secrete is but whatever it is, IT IS GREAT. I also tried half of my girl friends sandwich with the grilled chicken and pesto sauce. I am not a big fan of pesto sauce but it was a very good sandwich. I liked the grilled chicken and spinach in the sandwich. The guys were very busy but still offered a good service.
Weak Sandwich!
I ordered a turkey sandwich from the hot sandwich menu. The listed items that came on the sandwich included, lettuce, tomato, mustard mayo and I believe cheese. No where on the list of ingredients did it say "onions". So, the ONE time in my life that I don't say, "No Onions, please" quess what? Nice pretty onions are splashed all in my sandwich. Nevermind the three day old looking toasted french roll, they where very chincy with the amount of lettuce, mustard and mayo but most important TURKEY that actually put in the sandwich! It looked like one slice of turkey to me. I did call them later on, to let them know that in my humble opinion, they should include "onions" on the list of items on that sandwich, because what if I was alergic to onions? I will not return to this place ever again. And, I don't recommend anyone go there, especially if your looking to eat a decent sandwich!
This place is superb
I've been a regular customer to Paninis for about 5 years and I've got to tell you, it's seriously the BEST pizza this side of NYC. Their ingredients are fresh, all food is made to order, they have a huge menu and they give VERY generous portions. To top it all off, I've seen a lot of celebs at this place...even gotten a couple of autographs too. I had them cater my son's birthday party two months ago and everything went perfectly -- Extremely Professional & Friendly Staff, Good Prices, Quality and selection.
Great For Local Businesses, If you order ahead over the phone
Sandwiches, pizza, salad, and pasta are all pretty good and come at a fair price. I recommend a sandwich if you'd rather not have a pizza soaked in grease. Call ahead if you're on a lunch break though, customer service leaves room for improvement and it often takes up to 20 minutes for your food to be prepared (if you get somthing other than a slice o pizza).
Best Pizza and Pasta in West Hollywood
It is the best and the only authentic New York style pizza in West Hollywood. I work close to Panini and enjoy their large portioned Pastas and specialty sandwiches as much as I enjoy the great pizza. Great quality and low prices. Lunch time is a busy time and you should order your lunch over the phone.
Best Pizza Ever!!!!
Last Saturday night I went to Panini's Pizza. It was one of the best slices of pizza that I have had since moving here from New York. This place is a gem!
Good little NYC Italian place
From the pastas to the pizzas, Panini's offers delicious standards and a little more. The price, especially with some of the combo deals aren't half bad. In it's hustle and bustle (with or without a lot of customers, the kitchen always looks busy), orders can get lost, so if you're standing around for a while, you might mention it to the guys behind the counter. It's a lunch counter, not a restaurant, so the "service" is limited, but mostly good.
Good-sized portions
If you're hungry and don't mind greasy pizza, this is a good place to grab a quick, cheap lunch. Otherwise, check out other local pizza places.
Good for lunch & dinner
My choices very by the hour on the clock. Panini's is an excellent choice for the quick lunch when a VERY LARGE slice of pizza is the call. All slices are actually two slices and are new york thin slice style. For dinner, pasta is the choice and the Sun Dried dish is my choice. All pastas come with garlic bread and they deliver. It seems like they reach my door (hotel room) in about 20 minutes even though they quote 35 minutes every time.
Plain but good
Nothing fancing to see or eat here, but they serve up fine authentic slices of New York-style pizza. I work a few doors down, and I find it a good place to get a quick b1te on my lunch break once a week or so.
Good slice of thin, NY-style pizza
This is a good spot to grab a very affordable slice of thin crust, NY-style pizza. The options are limited in terms of toppings by the slice (veggies, pepperoni, and plain cheese) but pizza lovers will find this place suitable given it's LA.
A Great Little Lunch Spot
Panini offers a generous slice of good pizza for a satisfying and inexpensive meal. Salads and sandwiches are superb and they have an extensive menu of Italian dishes. There's a small dining area so this place is best for pick-up. The food is authentic and cooked to order.
Great lunch spot!
Everytime I've had lunch here I've been very satisfied. I usually take out. If you call ahead, the wait is manageable. A couple of times my order was lost in the shuffle and I ended up behind other diners who came after me. My lunch hour is not so restrictive that this poses a problem, but if it occurred more often, it would definitely be annoying. I usually get the chicken pesto sandwich. Every ingredient is fresh...and the taste of basil during the summer is wonderful -- especially if accompanied by sweet tomatoes. The great thing about the sandwiches is that they're very large (often good for lunch AND dinner) and come with a nice side salad. I highly recommend it over another local national chain sandwich shop which is just a couple of doors away. This is much more worth my dollar and my time.
Best pizza in LA
This is the best pizza in LA, no joke. I am a huge pizza lover and have searched wide and low for good pizza in LA and I was lucky enough to stumble into Panini's one day and try their pizza. It is fantastic, you have to try it.
West Hollywood's Little Secret
If you want a really good, low-key, hole-in-the-wall, head on over to Panini's Pizza. Everything on the menu is excellent. My favorite: Chicken Parmagiana a la Pasta. Mangia!
Gooey, NY-style pizza
Most people don't know about Panini's, but my friends and I stumbled upon it in W. Hollywood, because we play poker at a friend's there. We wanted pizza and happened to order from Panini's -- plain cheese pizza only! It was awesome. Loaded w/ thick, gooey cheese and delicious, puffy crust, we couldn't believe how great this find was. Try it. It's definitely a diamond in the rough.
